Real estate is not just about buying and selling houses. For me, real estate is a matchmaking process of helping my clients find and fall in love with their perfect home, or move on from a home with peace and closure. Since 1984, I’ve excelled at what I do not only because of my diverse experience, work ethic, and detail-orientation, but also because of the passion and dedication with which I serve my clients every day.
I was blessed to garner a host of lifetime achievement awards while building most of my career in the leafy, high-end neighborhoods of Atlanta, Georgia. In my first year in business, I was the youngest agent in Atlanta to have achieved the Million Dollar Club in their first year. In addition to friends and neighbors, I served Fortune 500 executives, diplomatic consulates, and relocation companies, and went on to complete the sale of the most expensive home ever sold in Atlanta in 2001. My annual sales volume exceeded $8 million consecutively for decades.
But, real estate is not just about the numbers. As much as negotiation mastery, market research, and confidentiality were key to these successes, so too was personalized understanding and care for clients’ motivations and specifications. With me, there is no smoke and mirrors. I am transparent on pricing, feedback, and direction on how to obtain the highest value for your home. Now in Portland, I continue to uphold these essential qualities of honesty and integrity with each and every client I serve, no matter their neighborhood nor their price range. My job is to help you establish the most important place in your life—your home—and I guarantee that I will do just that.
